DISPATCH TIME

All products are made to order, and therefore there is a processing time before dispatching an Item. We currently aim for all orders to be dispatched between 1-3 business days plus shipping time depending on your location.

 

Once an order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirming that the order has been dispatched.

Standard Shipping: 2-3 Business Days

Express Shipping: 1-2 Business Days

Due to Coronavirus, deliveries are taking longer by Royal Mail and as such please allow up to 10 business days for your order to be received. If you have not received your items within 10 business days post your expected delivery date, please contact us at hello@woofintons.co.uk

For our international shipping, we offer a Tracked & Signed Airmail courier service

If Goods are being ordered outside of the UK, import duties and taxes may be incurred once your goods reach their destination. We are not responsible for such charges and we undertake to make no calculations or estimates in this regard. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the Goods. If you are buying internationally, you are advised to contact your local customs authorities for further details on costs and procedures. Please be aware that Goods may be inspected on arrival at port for customs purposes and We cannot guarantee that the packaging of your Goods will be free of signs of tampering.

We will not be responsible for the wrong shipping address if we do not have the correct information.

If you are ordering from Overseas, please note We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or undelivered packages, as we cannot guarantee the efficiency of overseas courier services.
