Please be sure to check your dog's measurements before purchasing your order to ensure you're selecting the right size for your dog.

For hygiene purposes, facemasks are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase we will be happy to exchange or refund a product provided it is in a fully resalable condition, not including any P&P costs. Items must be returned to us within 30 days of receipt, in an unused and re-saleable condition. If we find that the product has not been returned to us in a fully resalable and unused condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item.

It is the customer's own responsibility to return the item safely and undamaged. Lost items in return transit are the responsibility of the sender (customer), we advise to return all goods with an insured tracking service.

If you are returning an item because of an error on our part, or because it is damaged or defective, we will refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and pay your costs of returning it to us.

Please allow up to 7 days for us to process your refund or exchange. Once the return goods have been received and inspected we will email you to confirm and issue the refund or exchange.
