Don't forget the two-finger measurement rule.

When measuring your dog for the right amount of snugness and comfort allow enough room for two fingers between the measuring tape and your dog for the chest circumference.

 

 

How To Care For:

• No product lasts forever, please be sure to check your dog's harness regularly for wear and tear. 
• Hand-wash with warm soapy water with a non-biological detergent, then rinse clean.
• Machine washable on a cool and gentle cycle. We suggest placing the harness in a laundry wash bag or pillowcase to protect the metal hardware and the washing machine drum.
• Lay flat to dry.
• Iron on  low heat.

• Made from a 100% Cotton exterior that is not suitable for muddy walks and is not waterproof.
• Do not leave your dog unattended whilst using this product.
• Our harnesses are not recommended for strong dogs that pull on the lead or for heavy duty use.
• Hardware may become chipped over time, do not expose hardware to salt water.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase we will be happy to exchange or refund a product provided it is in a fully resalable condition, not including any P&P costs. Items must be returned to us within 30 days of receipt, in an unused and re-saleable condition. If we find that the product has not been returned to us in a fully resalable and unused condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item.

 

It is the customer's own responsibility to return the item safely and undamaged. Lost items in return transit are the responsibility of the sender (customer), we advise to return all goods with an insured tracking service.

 

If you are returning an item because of an error on our part, or because it is damaged or defective, we will refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and pay your costs of returning to us.

 

Please allow up to 7 days for us to process your refund or exchange. Once the return goods have been received and inspected we will email you to confirm and issue the refund or exchange.
